1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of innerfirealchemy.today, of every landing page, free guide and resource we publish, and of the emails we send you.

The site is operated by Comercializadora Online LACABA, SAS (“LACABA”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of Mexico with its domicile in the Estado de México, Mexico, operating under the brand name Inner Fire Alchemy.

By using this site, requesting one of our guides or remaining subscribed to our emails, you accept these terms. If any part of them does not sit right with you, the honest answer is simple: do not use the site, and unsubscribe. There is no penalty and no hard feelings.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your data.

2. Education, not therapy

Anger, and the states that travel with it, can sit alongside conditions that genuinely require professional attention — trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, substance dependence, and others. Our material is not designed to identify those conditions and cannot treat them.

If you are working with a therapist, doctor or other health professional, keep working with them. Nothing we publish should be used to delay, interrupt, replace or contradict the care of a qualified professional. If something in our material seems to conflict with their guidance, follow theirs and raise it with them.

3. If you are in crisis

Choosing to seek urgent help is not a failure of the work we describe. It is the most accurate possible reading of what the moment requires.

4. What we offer

Today, Inner Fire Alchemy offers free educational guides and resources, delivered by email to people who request them, along with an accompanying sequence of educational emails.

We may in future offer paid products, programs, courses or subscriptions. Sections 11 and 12 set out the terms that will govern those when they exist. Nothing is offered for sale at the date of these terms, and we will never charge you for anything you did not knowingly and expressly purchase.

5. Who may use this

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to our emails or request our guides. Our material addresses adult emotional experience and assumes an adult reader.

By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you gave us is truthful. If we learn that a subscriber is a minor, we will delete their data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your responsibility

You are an adult, and the decisions you make about your own life remain yours. That is not a disclaimer we hide behind — it is the premise of the entire body of work. Nothing we teach can be done to you; it can only be practised by you.

Specifically, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You choose whether, when and how to apply anything you read here.
• You are responsible for evaluating whether a practice is appropriate for you, given your own history, health and circumstances.
• Some of our practices involve deliberately turning attention toward uncomfortable emotional and physical sensation. For most people this is workable. For some — particularly people with a history of trauma — it can be activating. If a practice increases your distress, stop, and speak to a qualified professional.
• You remain responsible for your own conduct toward other people. Nothing here excuses, justifies or authorises harm to anyone.

7. No guaranteed results

We believe in this work and we have seen it change how people relate to their own intensity. What we cannot do is promise you a specific outcome.

Emotional change depends on factors entirely outside our knowledge and control: your history, your circumstances, your consistency, your support, and time. Any example, testimonial or description of results we publish is illustrative, not a promise, and should never be read as typical or expected.

Our material is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to your particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any specific emotional, personal, relational or financial result.

8. Our material and what you may do with it

All the content we publish — text, guides, frameworks, practices, images, design and the name Inner Fire Alchemy itself — belongs to LACABA or is used with permission, and is protected by Mexican and international copyright law.

What you may freely do

• Read, download, print and keep our guides for your own personal use, indefinitely.
• Use the practices in your own life, for as long as they serve you.
• Share the link to any of our pages with anyone at all — a friend, a group, your social media. We would be glad if you did.
• Quote us briefly, with attribution to Inner Fire Alchemy and a link back to the source.

What we ask you not to do

• Redistribute the file itself. Please send people the page where they can request their own copy rather than forwarding the guide. This is how we know who we are speaking to, and how the work continues to be free.
• Republish our material as your own, in whole or in substantial part, whether or not you charge for it.
• Sell, license or commercially exploit our content in any form.
• Use our content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence systems without our prior written permission.
• Remove or alter attributions, credits or copyright notices.

If you want to use our material in teaching, in a workshop, or with a group of people you serve, write to us at laura@innerfirealchemy.today. The answer is far more often yes than no.

9. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false information, or subscribe using an email address that is not yours or that you have no permission to use.
• Use automated means to access, scrape, copy or overload the site or its forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or the data of other subscribers.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to compromise the security or normal operation of the site.
• Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.

We may remove a subscriber or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

10. Emails you receive

When you request a guide, you are asking us to email you. That means you will receive the guide itself, an accompanying educational sequence, and periodic messages about our work — including, in future, announcements of paid offerings.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click ends it. There is no confirmation loop and no attempt to talk you out of leaving. How we handle your data before and after that is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Paid offerings Not active yet

We currently sell nothing. This section is written in advance so that the terms are already public and settled if and when we launch a paid product, course, program or subscription. Until such an offering exists, nothing in this section applies to you.

Prices and payment

Prices, what is included, and the full payment terms will be displayed clearly before you pay, and no charge will ever be made without your express, informed consent at the moment of purchase. Payments will be processed by a specialised third-party payment provider; as stated in our Privacy Policy, we never receive or store your card details.

Subscriptions and recurring charges

If we offer a subscription, we will state plainly before you subscribe: the amount, how often you will be charged, when the first and subsequent charges occur, and exactly how to cancel. Any subscription that renews automatically will say so unmistakably at the point of purchase, never in fine print.

You will always be able to cancel a subscription yourself, and cancelling will stop all future charges. Unless the offering states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until then.

Refunds

The refund terms of each paid offering will be stated on its own sales page before purchase, since they reasonably differ between a short guide and a long program. Whatever those terms say, they will never reduce the rights that Mexican consumer protection law grants you, nor any mandatory consumer right you hold under the law of your own country.

Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically, to the email address you provide at purchase. It is your responsibility to give a valid address and to check that our messages are not filtered as spam. If something does not arrive, write to us and we will get it to you.

12. Accounts Not active yet

Our site currently has no login, no user accounts and no member area. If we introduce them, the following will apply from that moment.

You would be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at laura@innerfirealchemy.today of any unauthorised use. Accounts would be personal and non-transferable: sharing access to paid material with people who have not paid for it would be grounds for suspension. We would be able to suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you would be able to close yours at any time.

13. Third-party links and services

Our pages and emails may link elsewhere — to our YouTube channel, to a book, to a resource we think is worth your time. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else’s property, governed by their terms and their privacy policy.

We do not control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, their practices or anything you obtain from them. A link is not an endorsement of everything that party has ever published.

We rely on third-party providers to operate — among them Vercel for hosting and MailerLite for email. Their occasional failures or interruptions are outside our control, though we will always do what we reasonably can to restore service.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and the material current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, technical failure or reasons beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, any guide or any free resource at any time, without individual notice. If we discontinue a free guide, that does not affect the copy you already downloaded — it stays yours.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site or its content.
• We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of our material, nor for their consequences in your life, your health, your relationships or your finances.
• Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — which, for free material, is zero.

16. Indemnification

You agree to hold LACABA, its owners and collaborators harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or its content, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Estado de México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you habitually reside, nor of your right to bring a matter before the consumer authority of your own jurisdiction.

Before any of that, we would ask you to write to us. Almost everything is resolvable in an email between two reasonable people.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — when we launch a paid offering, for example, or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and this page always holds the version in force.

If a change is substantial, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or remaining subscribed after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, unsubscribe.

19. General provisions

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full force, and the invalid provision is to be applied in the manner closest to its original intent that the law allows.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on some occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and its free material, replacing any previous understanding on the subject.

Language. These terms are written in English. If they are translated and a discrepancy arises, the English version prevails, except where the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
